Nick Warren

Bio:

Nicholas Warren is the founder and President of Warren Rentals and Warren Residential.  He saw an opportunity to focus on two core philosophys for his companies: technology and customer service.  When he started in the real estate brokerage business, he saw that most companies were still focusing on the "old" way of doing business which, with recent technology, have become all but obsolete.  He also saw a lack of professionalism in the industry, especially in regards to the rental business.  So instead of just opening another brokerage, he looked to really change the way things were done while still respecting the way business was done in the industry.

Warren Rentals and Warren Residential agents are given the proper tools to enhance their business through new technology and training that is making them some of the busiest in Boston area real estate.  On top of that, the culture of the Warren Residential and Warren Rentals offices is that of a team.  We are all independent contractors but we are there to help each other and make sure we all do well.  This results in happier agents who then pass along that in customer service to their clients.
